1. 服务定位

SciReady 是基于睡眠、HRV、RHR、主观反馈及可选训练前测试的身体状态监测与训练决策辅助工具。它提供信息、趋势和建议，不是医疗器械、医疗诊断、伤病预测或训练命令。

2. 健康与安全

你应结合自身情况决定是否测试或训练。出现明显疼痛、疾病或感染症状、头晕、胸痛、呼吸困难或其他紧急情况时，应停止测试或训练并及时寻求专业帮助。Recovery、Readiness、CMJ 及建议不能替代医生、治疗师或合格教练的判断。

3. 数据与设备限制

Apple 健康、Apple Watch、其他穿戴设备及相机分析可能存在缺失、延迟、设备差异或测量误差。请确认数据来源、测试协议和设备状态，不应将单次分数理解为绝对结论。算法和协议版本可能随着验证结果更新；不同版本或不同协议的数据不一定可以直接比较。

4. 账户与云同步

请使用本人账户并妥善保护登录凭据，不得冒用他人身份或绕过访问控制。登录后，结构化的恢复、训练准备、CMJ 数值和历史记录可随账户同步，用于换机恢复和连续跟踪；CMJ 录像和人体姿态画面不上传。同步不取代用户自行导出的重要备份。你可以在 App 的“账户与安全”中退出或申请注销。

5. 订阅与付款

部分高级功能可能需要通过 Apple App Store 购买自动续期订阅。可购买的方案、价格、免费试用或优惠资格以购买时 App Store 显示为准。确认购买后，款项由 Apple 向你的 Apple ID 账户收取；除非你在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续期，否则订阅会自动续期。你可以在 Apple 账户的“订阅”中管理或取消续订。删除 SciReady 账户或 App 不会自动取消 Apple 订阅。退款和账单问题适用 Apple 的规则与处理流程。

6. 教练与团队授权

只有在你明确同意授权后，指定教练账户才能按授权范围只读查看你的部分结构化结果。你可以随时在 App 内撤销后续访问。请勿分享不属于你的数据；未成年人应与监护人共同确认授权。

7. 合法使用与服务变更

不得利用 SciReady 从事违法活动、攻击服务、转售或滥用访问权益、上传他人敏感资料或干扰其他用户。为保障安全与稳定，我们可以限制明显异常的请求。产品功能可能随着验证、法规和系统能力更新；重大条款变更会以新日期公布。

1. Purpose

SciReady is a recovery-monitoring and training-readiness decision-support tool based on available sleep, HRV, RHR, self-reported information, and optional pre-training tests. It provides information, trends, and suggestions. It is not a medical device, medical diagnosis, injury prediction, or training command.

2. Health and safety

You remain responsible for deciding whether to test or train. Stop and seek appropriate professional help if you experience significant pain, illness or infection symptoms, dizziness, chest pain, breathing difficulty, or another urgent concern. Recovery, Readiness, CMJ results, and suggestions do not replace a physician, therapist, or qualified coach.

3. Data and device limitations

Apple Health, Apple Watch, other wearables, and camera analysis may contain missing or delayed data, device differences, or measurement error. Check the data source, protocol, and device condition. A single score is not an absolute conclusion. Algorithm and protocol versions may change, and results from different versions or protocols may not be directly comparable.

4. Account and sync

Use your own account and protect your sign-in credentials. Structured recovery, readiness, CMJ values, and history may sync with your account for continuity and device replacement. CMJ videos and pose imagery are not uploaded. Sync is not a substitute for exporting important backups. You may sign out or request account deletion in Account & Security.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Some advanced features may require an auto-renewable subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. Available plans, prices, free trials, and offer eligibility are shown by the App Store at purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID after confirmation. Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically. Manage or cancel renewal in your Apple account subscriptions. Deleting your SciReady account or the App does not cancel an Apple subscription. Apple policies apply to billing and refunds.

6. Coach and team sharing

A designated coach can read only the structured results within the scope you explicitly authorize. You may revoke future access in the App. Do not share data that is not yours. Minors should confirm sharing together with a parent or guardian.

7. Acceptable use and changes

Do not use SciReady for unlawful activity, attack the service, bypass access controls, resell or misuse access, submit another person's sensitive data, or disrupt other users. We may limit clearly abusive requests. Features may change with validation, regulation, and platform capabilities; material terms changes will be published with a new date.
